welcome to Dear Thyroid™, How To Kick Your Thyroid’s Ass 2-Month Liver Detox Challenge, hosted by me, of course, Liz. :)
to get started, here’s a picture of the kinds of foods you’ll be eating on a detox program, though any whole, non-starchy food is acceptable and you aren’t limited to just these.  also, note that some of these foods are goitrogenic (cauliflower, daikon and broccoli sprouts, cabbage), as well as thyroid-stimulating (avocados, avocado oil, coconut oil), so keep that in mind when shopping and eating.  tailor your program to fit your specific needs.
the liver detox pantry:
coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil, dill, turmeric, sea salt, naturally-fermented raw sauerkraut, lemon, lime, cabbage, celery, cauliflower, sprouts (daikon and broccoli), avocado, onion, garlic, squash, Renew Life brand Critical Liver Support, and Caisse’s Tea.
